Indoor Walking Aerobics-Yoga

This program is Low Impact Walking Aerobics in the Gymnasium that is free and meets on Monday & Friday 9:30AM-10:30AM and Wednesday 9:30AM-11:00AM. 
You’ll get fit and energized with this complete, total-body walking program that gives you serious fat burning, muscle conditioning, and
stretching – all in one powerful, energizing workout. Exercises include one, two, three and six mile sessions plus a series of yoga-like stretching
moves using resistance bands (remember to bring yours) can be incorporated. These workouts build strength, endurance, and flexibility
and it’s safe for all ages and fitness levels. Remember to wear a good pair of walking shoes and comfortable clothing. Classes are FREE for
residents (with Summerfield Access Card; guest policy applies for non residents)
and are taught via DVD/CD/VHS.

Ladies Club Meeting

The Ladies club meets on the 1st Thursday once a month at The Amenity Center between 11:00AM-1:00PM. 
They participate and volunteer in different events. 

Men's Basketball

The Men's Basketball meets every Sunday at 10:00am to 2:00pm and Thursday 6:15pm to 8:45pm.   
Free for residents
Guest pass policy applies

Poolside Mermaids

The Poolside Mermaids are seasonal but meets Monday-Friday 9:00am-11:00am during the season. This class is free and taught by a CD. 
You may bring pool water weights.

Teen's Basketball

The Teen's Basketball (ages 12-17) meets every Friday 7:00pm to 8:45pm with a supervised Adult. 
Free for residents but guest pass policy applies.

Rello Runs Basketball

Upcoming classes for October will start on Sunday, October 2nd from 2:15pm to 3:15pm and 3:30pm to 4:30pm with sessions on Sunday only.

Rello Runs 101 is a class where the game of basketball is taught and broken down for the understanding of each athlete. All levels from Beginners to Advanced are welcome to grow and sharpen their skills with our Rello Runs curriculum.

Yoga with Mary McMillen

Join us for a fun workout!
Yoga at Summerfield Amenity Center Mondays 6:45PM-7:45PM 1st Night is Free. These sessions are appropriate and adaptable for all levels of fitness. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. Summerfield Residents pay $10.00 per class (Families of 3 or more pay $5.00 each). Non-Summerfield Residents pay $11.00 per class. Children are free. Concentrate on toning muscles and developing strength in your core. Engage in energetic flow, isolated poses, and dynamic sequences that focus on the abdominal to give you a stronger, healthier body. These challenging sessions are appropriate & adaptable for all levels of fitness.

This program meets every Monday and Wednesday at 7:00pm to 8:00pm and Saturday at 9:30am to 10:30am.
