Our community is located off Big Bend Road and is close to shopping centers, restaurants, schools, banks and medical facilities. We are approximately 2 miles east of I-75, connecting you to all major roadways. Our location provides easy access to downtown Tampa which is about a 25 minute drive, MacDill Air Force Base which is a 30 minute drive, and Tampa International Airport which is approximately a 40 minute drive. We are also within an hour drive to our west coast beaches and all Orlando amusement parks!
Summerfield Master Community consists of 3,758 single family homes, villas, townhomes, a 55 and up community and includes 7 sub-associations. In August of 2017, Summerfield transitioned to a self-managed association. Self-management allows homeowner volunteers elected into the Board of Directors to have better management control, exercising it in a way that is beneficial to all owners and residents of our beautiful community.
