The Summerfield Master Community Association Board members envision a community we are proud to call home. Our vision is to have a community that works together to provide a friendly and safe neighborhood and one that inspires a higher quality of life which enhances our property values and is considered a desirable place to live.
Our Mission:
The Summerfield Master Community Association Board’s mission is to enhance our community by providing effective management oversight of the association, ensure sound judgment when using association funds, and conduct all activities with transparency while upholding our association covenants and rules to preserve our property values within our community.

Community Center Pool Upgrades

Summerfield Residents,
The Community Center pool will close on April 1st for approximately 3 weeks for resurfacing. The Main Pool will be open on Saturday’s and Sunday’s from 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm during this time.
