Our vision is to have a community that works together to provide a friendly and safe neighborhood and one that inspires a higher quality of life which enhances our property values and is considered a desirable place to live.
Our Mission:
The Summerfield Master Community Association Board’s mission is to enhance our community by providing effective management oversight of the association, ensure sound judgment when using association funds, and conduct all activities with transparency while upholding our association covenants and rules to preserve our property values within our community.

House Guest Pass Update

On May 13, 2026 Board Meeting, the Board approved updates to the House Guest Pass Agreement to clarify guest pass usage and resident responsibilities at the Community Center and outdoor amenities.
House Guest Passes are issued only to the Owner or Renter of the property unless written authorization is provided allowing an adult household resident (18 years or older) with an active Access Card to sign out the passes. Adult household residents age 18 or older with an active Access Card may use the passes to sign in guests. However, the Owner/Renter remains fully responsible for all guest passes and any guests signed in by members of their household.
Residents bringing guests to the Community Center or outdoor amenities must accompany their guests at all times. Guests may not remain at the facility after the resident leaves or be transferred to another resident unless they are properly signed in by that resident using a valid guest or day pass.

The next Summerfield Board Meeting will be on Wednesday, June 10th, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the Summerfield Community Center (Amenity Building).

Temporary Main Pool Closure

Summerfield Residents, to help preserve the quality, safety, and long-term value of our community amenities, the community main pool will be temporarily closed for approximately one week beginning May 28, 2026, for preventative repairs and maintenance.
Following the recent renovation project, additional follow-up items were identified during routine inspections that are best addressed now to help protect the improvements already completed and reduce the likelihood of more significant issues in the future. Taking a proactive approach at this stage allows the Association to maintain the pool facility to the standard our residents expect while helping safeguard the community’s overall investment.
We understand any temporary closure may be inconvenient and sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as these final improvements are completed. Every effort will be made to minimize downtime and reopen the pool as quickly as possible.
While the Main Pool is closed over the next week, the Community Center Pool will operate on the following adjusted schedule:
Monday–Saturday
Adult Swim: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Open Swim: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Adult Swim: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Open Swim: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Sunday
Open Swim: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
