Our vision is to have a community that works together to provide a friendly and safe neighborhood and one that inspires a higher quality of life which enhances our property values and is considered a desirable place to live.
Our Mission:
The Summerfield Master Community Association Board’s mission is to enhance our community by providing effective management oversight of the association, ensure sound judgment when using association funds, and conduct all activities with transparency while upholding our association covenants and rules to preserve our property values within our community.

2nd Notice of Annual Meeting

The 2nd Notice of the Annual Meeting was mailed to all owners on Monday, March 9th. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 8th - meeting registration is at 6:30 pm and call to order is at 7:00 pm.
