The Summerfield Master Community Association Board members envision a community we are proud to call home. Our vision is to have a community that works together to provide a friendly and safe neighborhood and one that inspires a higher quality of life which enhances our property values and is considered a desirable place to live.
Our Mission:
The Summerfield Master Community Association Board’s mission is to enhance our community by providing effective management oversight of the association, ensure sound judgment when using association funds, and conduct all activities with transparency while upholding our association covenants and rules to preserve our property values within our community.

Veterans of Summerfield HOA,
We are interested in creating a social Veterans group for residents who have served in the United States Military. This will be a gathering of people who share common life experiences and overall comradery that came with serving this great nation. This can open the doors to great conversation, networking opportunities, and information sharing for our neighbors. For Summerfield Residents..
Our first meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, January 21, 2026, 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
