The Summerfield Master Community Association Board members envision a community we are proud to call home. Our vision is to have a community that works together to provide a friendly and safe neighborhood and one that inspires a higher quality of life which enhances our property values and is considered a desirable place to live.
Our Mission:
The Summerfield Master Community Association Board’s mission is to enhance our community by providing effective management oversight of the association, ensure sound judgment when using association funds, and conduct all activities with transparency while upholding our association covenants and rules to preserve our property values within our community.

Clubhouse and Main Pool Reminders

Pool season is here:
Our Community Center Clubhouse Pool hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday from 11am - 9pm
Saturday from 8am - 9pm
Sunday from 10am - 8pm
The Main Pool will open the first weekend in May.
