The Summerfield Master Community Association Board members envision a community we are proud to call home. Our vision is to have a community that works together to provide a friendly and safe neighborhood and one that inspires a higher quality of life which enhances our property values and is considered a desirable place to live.
Our Mission:
The Summerfield Master Community Association Board’s mission is to enhance our community by providing effective management oversight of the association, ensure sound judgment when using association funds, and conduct all activities with transparency while upholding our association covenants and rules to preserve our property values within our community.

The next Summerfield Board Meeting will be on Wednesday, September 11th, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. at the Summerfield Community Center (Amenity Building).
This meeting is open to all residents.
Main Pool Closing Date

Although the Main Pool will be closing on Monday September 29th, The Clubhouse Pool will remain open all year.
