The Summerfield Master Community Association, Inc. is proud to announce the new Amenity Center located at 13013 Summerfield Blvd., Riverview, FL 33579 is now open and available to rent for private functions such as birthday parties, baby showers, weddings, or business meetings. We are pleased to offer two spaces for use. The Multi-Purpose Room can accommodate 100 people and the Conference Room can accommodate 15 people. The Amenity Center is available to residents who reside within Summerfield (member) as well as the general public (non-member).
The Pavilion is available and can be used by Summerfield residents and their accompanied guests. In addition, the outdoor Pavilion can now be reserved and rented for a private event by residents who reside within Summerfield and who have an active access card.

If you would like to tour the Amenity Center, please contact the Summerfield Community Center front desk at 813-671-2005. Tours can be scheduled Monday through Sunday between 10:00 am - 5:00 pm.
How to Reserve the Amenity Center or Pavilion:
Check the availability on Reservation Calendar by clicking “Select Amenity” located below. Times that are not available will be blocked off and show “Pending” or “Reserved”.
To request a reservation, complete the Summerfield Rental Request form.
You will receive a confirmation email 24-48 business hours after your request has been submitted along with the rental agreement forms. Within 7 days of your request, we must receive your completed Rental Agreement and Application, Hold Harmless Agreement and deposit to ensure your event is confirmed and placed on the calendar. Events are reserved on a first come first serve basis.
Amenity Center Multi-Purpose Room and Conference Room Rental Hours:
Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 12:00 midnight
Saturday 9:00 am – 12:00 midnight
Sunday 10:00 am – 12:00 midnight
Pavilion Rental Hours:
Monday – Saturday 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
Saturday 9:00 am – 8:00 pm
Sunday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
** The Pavilion can only be reserved by residents who reside within the Summerfield Master Community Association and have an active access card.
Cancel or change a Reservation:
To cancel or change a reservation, please send an email to email@example.com
with your name, address, phone number and date of your reservation. In order to receive your deposit back, you must cancel at least 5 business days prior to your reservation date.
