DOG PARK REGISTRATION:
All participants using the off-leash dog park are required to submit the appropriate registration forms and provide current vaccination records for all dogs prior to entering the dog park. A copy of each dog’s current vaccination records must be attached to this registration form.
Participants are responsible for updating and attaching updated vaccination records whenever the current records expire.
RULES AND REGULATIONS:

RULES AND REGULATIONS:
- All dogs outside of the fence must be on their leash.
- Dog owners must be present, with leash, and in sight of their dog at all times.
- Dogs must be removed at the first sign of its overly aggressive behavior.
- Dogs must have a current license tag and rabies vaccination.
- No females in heat allowed. Spaying/neutering is recommended.
- No more than two dogs per resident.
- Dog feces must be picked up by the owners and placed in containers provided. The County ordinance in this regard applies in the park and will be enforced.
- Children under 16 years of age must be under the supervision of an adult.
- No food or alcoholic beverages are allowed.
- Immediately cover up holes dug by your dog.
- All residents must present their Access Card to use the facility and its amenities.
DOG OWNERS AND THEIR DOGS ENTER AND USE THIS PARK AT THEIR OWN RISK. THE OWNER OF THIS PARK PROVIDES NO SUPERVISION OR MANAGEMENT OF THE DOGS USING THIS PARK, NOR THEIR OWNERS. BY USING THIS PARK, DOG OWNERS RELEASE SUMMERFIELD MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. FROM ANY AND ALL LOSS OR DAMAGE SUSTAINED BY THEM OR THEIR DOGS.
NOTE: “DOG OWNERS” INCLUDE ALL PERSONS ACCOMPANYING DOG TO AND WITHIN THIS PARK.
