• Continuing to paint exterior perimeter walls and neighborhood entry signs throughout the Community.

• Looking into a Welcome to Summerfield sign for Fairway Meadows by the VA.

• Looking into new flooring and equipment for workout rooms – currently working with vendors to receive bids.

• Replacing windows at the Community Center.

• Requesting bids for a new pest control company.

• Playground shade cover – permitting has started.

• Beautification Committee is putting a plan together to address neighborhood front entrances.

• An iron fence was installed at the Amenity Center.

• Irrigation at the Community Center front entrance has been repaired and we are reviewing bids to re-do the landscaping at the Community Center.
