The Annual Meeting of the Summerfield Master Community Association will be held at the following place, date and time:

 

                        Place of Meeting:        Summerfield Community Center

                                                         13011 Summerfield Blvd, Riverview, FL  33579

           

                        Date of Meeting:         Wednesday, April 14, 2021

 

                        Time of Meeting:         6:30 pm – Meeting Registration   7:00 pm – Call To Order

 

The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect seven directors to the Board of Directors as well as transact such other business as may properly come before the membership.

 

If you are interested in running for a position on the Board of Directors, please complete the Board of Directors Nominee Data Sheet and return no later than Sunday, February 28, 2021.  The Nominee Data Sheet can be found on our website: www.oursummerfield.org under the owner tab, or a hard copy is available at the Community Center or by CLICKING HERE

 

To be eligible to vote in the homeowner Association’s election you must have a valid Voter Designation Card.  Homeowners who do not have a valid voter designation card may not vote in this year’s election.  A Voting Member Designation Certificate form can be found on our website: www.oursummerfield.org under the owner tab, or a hard copy is available at the Community Center or by CLICKING HERE.  Completed certificates must be turned in by Sunday, April 4, 2021 or 10 days before the annual meeting, whichever occurs first.
