Seven director positions will be voted on at the upcoming Annual Meeting to be held on April 14, 2021 at 6:30 pm at the Summerfield Community Center. If you are interested in running for the Board, please complete this form and mail/hand deliver or fax it to: Summerfield Master Community Association, Inc., 13011 Summerfield Blvd., Riverview, FL 33579 (Fax 813-677-9386). The information you supply will be distributed to the membership. An additional one page Bio and/or resume may be submitted with this Nominee Data Sheet. This form must be received by the Association no later than 7:00 pm February 28, 2021.
