Please complete this form to request a rental at the Summerfield Amenity Center or Pavilion. The Pavilion can only be reserved by residents who reside within the Summerfield Master Community Association and have an active access card.

You will receive an email from our staff containing the Rental Agreement Forms 24-48 business hours after your request has been submitted. Within 7 days of your request, we must receive your completed Rental Agreement and Application, Hold Harmless Agreement and deposit to ensure your event is confirmed and placed on the calendar. We will process Request Forms in the order they are received - requests are not confirmed UNTIL you receive an email from our staff containing the rental agreement forms.
